Skin Studio 3D: Pixel Editor
This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, a free 3D editor for creating and editing blocky character skins on Android. The App is provided by Minecraftplaymarketapps).
IN SHORT: We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect, store, or sell your personal information on our own servers. Your skins stay on your device. The App shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google may collect certain device and usage data to serve and measure those ads, as described below.
1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
- No account, sign-up, name, email address, phone number, or password is required.
- We do not collect your precise location (GPS), contacts, microphone, or camera data.
- We do not operate our own servers for user data, and we do not upload your skins or images anywhere.
2. CONTENT YOU CREATE AND FILES YOU CHOOSE
- Your skins. Skins you create are processed exclusively on your device. When you tap Save, the App writes a PNG image to your device storage (to the
Pictures/MinecraftSkinsgallery album and to the App's private storage). - Importing from your gallery. If you choose "From gallery", the App uses the standard Android system photo picker to read only the single image file you select. The image is processed locally inside the App and is never uploaded or shared.
- Local settings. The App may store small configuration settings locally on your device (for example, unlock timers for rewarded features). This data never leaves your device.
3. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App is free and supported by advertising. It integrates the following third-party services:

When ads are requested or displayed, Google and its partners may automatically collect and process the following information, depending on your device settings and jurisdiction:
- Advertising ID (a user-resettable identifier such as Google AD_ID) and similar device identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- Device and OS details (model, operating system version, system language, screen resolution, connection type);
- App and ad interaction metrics (impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion status);
- Diagnostic logs, crash reports, and SDK performance statistics.
We do not receive this data in a format that directly identifies you personally. Third-party data handling is governed by Google’s privacy policies linked above. Selected ad partners may process this information for ad personalization if you provide explicit consent.
4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
- To serve ads and provide optional in-app rewards when you complete rewarded video ads;
- To evaluate ad performance metrics and prevent invalid impressions or fraudulent traffic;
- To comply with statutory legal requirements, including presenting regional consent choices.
5. CONSENT AND YOUR CHOICES
- Consent form. In jurisdictions requiring prior consent, the App displays the official Google UMP consent dialogue prior to requesting ad inventory. You can accept or decline non-essential data processing.
- Managing your consent. You can review, update, or revoke your consent preferences at any time through the in-app settings menu.
- Ad personalization and ID reset. You can disable personalized advertising or reset/delete your advertising ID within your device's Android settings (typically under Settings > Privacy > Ads or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on manufacturer).
- App permissions. You can review or revoke granted permissions at any time via Settings > Apps > Skin Studio 3D > Permissions.
- Uninstalling the App. Uninstalling the App removes all of its private application directories. Any PNG skin images you previously exported to your device gallery remain stored until you manually delete them.
6. ANDROID PERMISSIONS USED
- Internet access and network state (
INTERNET,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Required to fetch, render, and verify advertisement requests. - Advertising ID permission (
AD_ID): Utilized by the Google Mobile Ads SDK in full compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies. - Media access: Utilized strictly when importing or saving skin images. On modern Android versions, the App relies on the secure Android Photo Picker and MediaStore API, ensuring the App cannot browse or access unrelated personal files.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is a general-audience creative utility and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your territory). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will take prompt corrective action. All ad inventory served via Google AdMob adheres to Google's child-directed policies and restrictions for underage accounts.
8. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We do not store user data on external servers. Your skins and application preferences remain locally on your device until you clear app cache/data or remove the application. Advertising telemetry collected by Google is retained in accordance with Google's independent data retention policies. While we utilize modern platform-level security features and industry-standard SDKs, no transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed as completely secure.
9. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Data processed by Google in connection with advertising may be transferred to and maintained on computer servers located outside your country or territory. Google implements standard contractual safeguards and certifications governing cross-border transfers.
10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Under applicable privacy legislation (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act / CCPA), you may hold rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw previously granted consent. Because we do not store personal profiles on our servers, queries concerning advertising identifiers are best executed directly via your device settings and Google Account privacy controls. 11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the latest effective revision. Continued use of the App following any posted updates signifies your acceptance of the revised policy.
